Fitness Assessment
Your first session is a complimentary 30-minute assessment. We measure your current fitness, discuss your goals, and identify any limitations or injury history. No charge, no pressure.
Custom Program Design
Your trainer designs a fully personalized program — specific exercises, progressions, frequency, and intensity based on what you told us in your assessment. Not a template. Your program.
1-on-1 Sessions
Train with your coach in private or semi-private sessions. Your trainer tracks every workout, adjusts the program as you progress, and holds you accountable between sessions.
Progress Tracking
We measure what matters — strength benchmarks, body composition, cardiovascular capacity — every 4 weeks so you can see exactly how far you've come.
Personal Training Rates
Elite members get 2 PT sessions included every month. Additional sessions available at member rates.
Real Results from Iron Peak Members
These aren't stock photos or made-up stories. These are Iron Peak members who showed up, trusted the process, and did the work.
I joined Iron Peak 14 months ago at 260 lbs. Today I'm at 198 and deadlifting 315. Marcus and the whole coaching staff didn't just train me — they changed how I think about fitness. This place is the real deal.
I've tried four other gyms in Denver. Iron Peak is the only one where I've actually stuck with it for more than two months. The classes are incredible, the trainers know your name, and the energy is unlike anything else.
After my knee surgery I was terrified to get back in the gym. Sara Kim built me a program that worked around my limitations and got me back to running 5Ks in six months. Iron Peak treats you like a person, not a number.
